Certified Massage Therapist trained in Kinetic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Chair Massage at Kiné-Concept. Certified with the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes and insurance receipts are provided for all services. 

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a well-known technique that uses direct skin-to-skin contact with massage oil. The massage can be more relaxation or therapeutic based on the clients' needs.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage uses skin-to-skin contact and can be done with or without oil. This technique uses slow, deep strokes to target deeper muscles and chronic knots. 

Chair Massage

Chair Massage is performed with the client fully-clothed on a specially designed massage chair. The massage uses techniques applied over the clothing and even as little as 15 minutes can be very effective for both relaxation and therapeutic needs.
